I’m Brad, my wife’s name is Sarah, and since 1999 we’ve been serving Austin as the best little plumbing & HVAC company in Texas. We only hire the highest skilled, most reliable, licensed plumbers and air conditioning techs in the business. But we don’t stop there: If Sarah and I wouldn’t want them over to our house for dinner, they don’t work with us at Radiant, period. Not only are our technicians knowledgeable and courteous, but they’re all-around great folks who will go out of their way to make sure that you and your family are comfortable with your plumbing, heating, and air conditioning needs. Solving problems for our customers, doing the job right and standing by all of our work 100% – it’s just what we do.
Our Technicians:
- Serve customers with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Present options on every call and assist the customer in making the best decision for their home and their family.
- Perform every job with technical excellence in order to live up to our warranties and guarantees.
- Are familiar with aspects of plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess own basic tools.
- Must be at minimum a Tradesman or Journeyman license holder.
- Applicants must have a current driver license.
- 5 years’ plumbing experience.
- Outgoing, professional, clean cut and drug-free.
- Ability to troubleshoot service issues.
- Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
