Customer Service Manager Job Includes:

• Working alongside of the team taking inbound service requests
• Overseeing the operations of the department; coordinating team schedule
• Implementing regular team meetings and training programs
• Ensuring the highest quality of our customer experience with regular call monitoring and team coaching
• Tracking team close rates and variance board
