Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is looking for a hard working, fun loving individual with a passion for creating an outstanding customer experience to join our team as a full time, Customer Service Representative!
I'm Brad, my wife's name is Sarah, and since 1999 we've been serving Austin as the best little plumbing & HVAC company in Texas. We only hire the highest skilled, most reliable employees. But we don't stop there: If Sarah and I wouldn't want them over to our house for dinner, they don't work with us at Radiant, period. Not only are our employees knowledgeable and courteous, but they're all-around great folks who will go out of their way to make sure that our customers are taken care of. Customer Service Job Description:
- Takes inbound service requests
- Makes outbound calls to follow up on services done
- Makes outbound calls to schedule new services
- Assists with office paperwork
What Radiant is looking for:
- An interactive personality
- Phenomenal people skills
- Able to multi-task under pressure while keeping an upbeat attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems a plus.
What you can expect:
- Monday through Friday with rotational Saturdays on a monthly basis (average 40 hours/week)
